Can I try O.A.O before committing?


Absolutely. When you sign up you get a 14day free trial to try out various features, including online scheduling and appointment scheduling, credit card processing, online payments, email campaigns, client management and more.

CANCELLATION You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month and or year in order to avoid being charged for the next months or annual subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current month or annual subscription period.
NO REFUNDS REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID -MONTH. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle. O.A.O Solutions reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts or other considerations in select circumstances at its sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in on instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.

What is the billing cycle?


We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions, so you can choose the billing cycle that is most convenient for you. If you're late submitting your monthly payment, a courtesy email reminder will be sent to you after 3 days. After 7 days, a late fee of $20.00 will be accessed on your monthly/ annual subscription. If your account has not been made current after late fee has been accessed, your subscription will be cancelled and will have to be re-registered at the current subscription price




Do you offer discounted subscriptions?


Yes, when subscribing to any annual plan, you receive a significant discount over the monthly rate. In addition, we offer discounted partial plans for businesses interested in online scheduling only.




Will I be able to change my subscription in the future?


Yes, you may change your subscription at any time.




What are the charges for text messages (SMS)?


O.A.O offers a complete set of SMS marketing capabilities, such as automated text message confirmations, reminders and notifications for your clients and staff, making sure everyone stays fully notified and nothing slips between the cracks. When subscribing to the Business/Platinum plan, the first 100/500 text messages are free of charge. Fees for additional text messages are $9/$29/$59/$199 for 75/300/750/3,000 text messages, respectively. To make sure reminders will be sent, your quota will automatically renew when the balance is low. You may choose to turn off your auto renew settings.




Do you support multiple users permissions for staff members?


Yes, our Business and Platinum subscriptions include staff members, along with an option to designate different permission levels. Each staff member will receive their own login, and the account admin will be able to determine which business information to share with the team members. Does the mobile app entail any extra charges?


There are no extra charges – all O.A.O plans include a free mobile app for Apple or Android, helping you run your business and manage your clients while on the go.
